2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and store on QuickNotes. We do not claim ownership over any of your content. However, by using the collaboration features, you grant us permission to store and process that content to facilitate sharing.

• Prohibited Content: You must not use the Service to upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Service Modifications and Availability

QuickNotes reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
